REFUND POLICY

Returns 

If your product is damaged upon delivery, you have 30 calendar days to return the product, starting from the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following demands: 

  • a photo of the damaged product or substance must be sent to  b2c@mgcnutra.com  as a proof of damage; 
  • your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; 
  • your product must be in its original packaging; 
  • your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refund 

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund once our inspection is done. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Replacement 

In case you want to replace the damaged product with another one (it can be either the same product or another product of the similar or lower price), please send us a photo of such replacing product you are interested in together with the photo of the damaged product. If the price of the replacing product is lower than the price of the damage one, we will initiate a refund of the balance as described above.   

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or replacing your product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
